Year at UW: Third

Hometown: Issaquah, WA

About me: Hi, hey, and hello! I'm Kiran, and I'm a junior majoring in Political Science with a focus in International Security. I'm extremely involved on campus (think: campus jobs, residential life leadership, RSOs, etc.) and off (internships, research fellowships, political campaigns, and more), so I like to think I can be helpful if you have any questions about how to get started on finding a community that fits your interests! I joined the Honors program because I wanted a way to balance my obvious interests (political science) and my desire to explore other disciplines. Honors is pushing me to think beyond my current worldview, and one of the best ways it does so is through introducing me to new, diverse individuals. I'm always available for lengthy emails or chatty coffee sessions, so feel free to contact me through any of the ways listed!
