2nd Annual Honors takes Seattle!

February 23, 2019 @ 11:00 am - 4:00 pm

Join your fellow honors students on Saturday, February 23rd, to explore the hidden gems of Seattle: Pioneer Square, the Seattle Public Library, and the Olympic Sculpture Park! We will be visiting the Klondike Gold Rush Museum in Pioneer Square, which explores how Seattle changed from both the Gold Rush and the famous Pioneer Square Fire. Enjoy amazing views at the Olympic Sculpture Park while looking at amazing artwork next to the waterfront! We will also have time to find food and do other activities at both Pioneer Square and the Olympic Sculpture Park, based on what the group wants!

We will meet at 11 AM outside Mary Gates Hall and walk to the light rail station. Event organizers will return to campus around 4pm. RSVP at https://tinyurl.com/HTSRSVP ! For questions, email jainsid@uw.edu. Make sure to bring your Husky Card for transportation and any money for purchases for food, souvenirs, etc. The Gold Rush Museum is free.

Hope to see you there!
