Honors Takes Seattle!
February 10, 2018 @ 12:00 pm - 3:30 pm
FreeJoin your fellow honors students on Saturday, February 10th, to explore the Frye Art Museum and International District! The Frye Art Museum presents works from painters and sculptors primarily since the nineteenth century, and is currently exhibiting works focusing on the nature of invisibility from New York-based conceptual artist Tavares Strachan. We will then venture to the International District and explore Uwajimaya market and enjoy boba tea if you’d like.
We will meet at noon outside Mary Gates Hall and walk to the light rail station. Event organizers will return to campus around 3:30pm. Make sure to RSVP through the Honors facebook event or by emailing noahj4@uw.edu. Also, bring your Husky Card and any money for purchases in the International District. The Frye Art Museum is free.
Hope to see you there!
