At our next Honors Group Advising Session, UW Recreation’s Mindfulness Program Manager, Danny Arguetty, will discuss the concept of mindfulness and help us explore techniques for inner-reflection, stress-reduction and intentionally crafted self-care. Open to all UW Honors students.

- Explore the obstacles that lay in the way of your own personal weekly self-care.
- Connect with like-minded UW Honors students interested in personal growth and well-being.
