About me: Hi! My name is Josephine. I'm a physics major who enjoys doing niche things across campus, including learning medieval change ringing and giving Planetarium shows. You can probably see how I would love Honors, both for the academic enrichment and warm community it provides. And it turns out that I get to be an honors peer facilitator in 2027! Yipeee! I hope to see y'all in my section :). Some of you may already recognize me from my time as a virtual orientation leader :O I have experience navigating the world of hard STEM as someone with interests that definitely don't fit within the confines of hard STEM. Here are some things I've done, which I'd be happy to talk to people about: UW music ensembles, club leadership, intro physics and calculus, research, ad hoc honors project, on-campus employment, meaningful volunteer opportunities, starting a goated support or study group...there's probably stuff that I'm missing... Anywho, please reach out to me if you want to share your wacky interests or learn some strategies to get more connected to the UW!
