About me: Hey! I'm Megan, a second-year undergrad student at the University of Washington-Seattle and I'm originally from Colorado Springs. My majors are linguistics and global literary studies, and I'm currently working on my sociolinguistics honors thesis in addition to working as a research assistant with the UW Linguistics department. Outside of classes, I'm an officer in the French Language Association and the Scandinavian Club, and I also work as a Creative & General Editor for the Historical Review Journal. I love hiking and trail running, playing tennis, painting, and reading poetry / fiction in my free time. I'd love to chat about any part of the UW lifestyle, Registered Student Organizations, undergrad research opportunities, and getting involved with the Departmental Honors program!
