Introduction to classical literature through a study of the major Greek and Latin authors in modern translation. This team-taught course offers three lectures per week showcasing the interests of the entire faculty of the Department of Classics, with continuity provided by two discussion section meetings per week. Honors sections will be led by Classics professor and Honors Director James Clauss.
