Proudest Moment: Discovering why there are so many breakfast places with "pancake" or "waffle" in their names (e.g. Waffle House) but almost no breakfast places with "bacon" or "eggs" in their names.
Thesis: The Vegetable Economy
I was lucky to learn from some incredible friends, professors, alumni, and TAs during my time at UW. I'm forever grateful for these relationships. I encourage younger Huskies to befriend at least one professor and explore a random Honors class before they graduate. Go Dawgs!
