Honors Alumni Answer: What’s Next?

As Honors students prepare to graduate this spring, past Honors alumni shared their experiences and tips in HONORS 496 panels.

HONORS 496 is a one credit required seminar that not only encourages reflection upon the last few years with the finalization and presentation of students’ Honors portfolios, but also presents an opportunity for students to ask alumni about life after college. Every quarter it is offered, HONORS 496 includes an alumni panel featuring past students, whether they graduated last year or a decade ago.

This quarter’s alumni panels featured a diverse combination of experiences drawing from majors such as Communications, English, Public Health, Neuroscience, and even graduate students from the Pharmacy and Law programs. Students are given the chance to ask questions during the panel, and are encouraged to connect with alumni afterwards!
