Still unsure of your summer plans? Check out the UW Social Impact Internships program with Omprakash! UW students can find immersive online or in-person internship opportunities with over 240 grassroots social impact organizations in 50+ countries around the world. Find opportunities in fields including health, education, engineering, entrepreneurship, human rights, sustainability, and more. Participating students will travel and work independently while also joining a credit-bearing online course designed to facilitate deeper critical reflection and dialogue. UW Study Abroad considers this to be one of the most affordable ways for UW students to earn credit while having an immersive global learning experience. International travel is welcome but not necessary; online and domestic internships are also available. It’s not too late to find summer opportunities, so check it out now if you’re interested!
