Honors Grads 2020/2021
Proudest Moment: My proudest moments at UW have been marching in the 2019 Rose Parade with the Husky Marching Band and being an Orientation Leader/Coordinator!
autumn.capper@gmail.comHey y'all! I'm Autumn, and I'm a Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology graduate! Throughout my time in Honors, I have spent time as a Peer Educator (shoutout to my amazing cohort, section AC!) and as an Honors Community Ambassador. Stepping outside of the world of biology, I've been so grateful to be able to explore all sorts of unique courses like "Women in Greek and Roman Antiquity" and others about public health, business, and political science. Outside of Honors, I have spent the last four years as a trumpet player in the Husky Marching Band, as an Orientation Leader and Coordinator, as a General Chemistry Peer Facilitator, and working to make a difference in and raise awareness about rural healthcare through Healthcare Alternative Spring Break (HCASB) program. After graduation, I plan to take a gap year as I apply to medical school to work towards becoming a pediatrician. During my gap year, I plan to continue gaining clinical experience, relaxing, staying involved with music, and hopefully traveling! Thank you all so much for an amazing experience in Honors, and GO DAWGS!
