Proudest Moment: Getting to the point where I am ready to graduate because it means that all my effort and perseverance over the last four years has paid off and made me ready for the next step in life

After graduating from UW, my goal is to go on to medical school and work to become an orthopedic surgeon. In the meantime, I am working as a medical scribe in St. Anne's emergency department for an amazing group of physicians. I am also the current chief medical scribe for the hospital which was a very welcome promotion and a great step into a leadership position. I am also working towards acquiring my EMT certification so that I might take the next step in my journey through the medical field and have a more involved role in patient care. In what free time I do have, I enjoy hanging out with my friends, playing soccer, playing football, exploring Seattle, and traveling the world.
