Proudest Moment: Working with a team of students to teach older adults about the Human Centered Design process over a 6-week Co-Design study

Through my time at the UW, I had the opportunity to discover and learn more about the field of UX Design. As an aspiring User Experience Designer, I am committed to using my design skills to create that better future. To do so, I aim to create products that help users face new challenges and allow them to reach new potentials. I aim to design intuitive products that can help boost users' productivity and advance their goals in a way can that is inclusive for everyone. After graduation, I am moving to the East Coast to be a UX Designer!
During my time at the UW, I have had the opportunity to be a part of many great programs, including being a Resident Advisor in the Honors LLC, Orientation Leader, Honors Community Ambassadors, and Hall Council. I also got the opportunity to be a design member and, later, a Project Lead for Design for America UW while also conducting research through DRGs in the HCDE department.
Outside of design and academics, I am an avid photographer and biker! I am passionate about helping out in my community and volunteer for a variety of organizations. When the weather is cold, I love to stay inside and re-watch Psych and Brooklyn Nine-Nine while watching it snow outside. Most of all, I make a high number of quality puns (my record is 23 in an hour).
